I once thought therapy wasn’t all it seemed to be, but after I talked to David and he motivated me to get therapy after having canceled on him on the first session, he has been a great therapist! He is by far one of the best ones out there!”

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I am highly skilled in addressing mental health and substance abuse issues and focusing on finding solutions, breaking down problems into themes, and helping clients understand themselves at a deeper level by first and foremost being genuine and empathic. I also use analogies and parables to help clients visualize their situations in new ways.
