While my style can best be described as eclectic, I understand that when you come into therapy, it is important that you feel a connection. You want to feel respected, safe, and cared about. I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere as we collaborate to manage challenges, develop treatment plans, and accept change. My goal is not to judge you but to understand you while providing unconditional positive regard. Among the populations I have worked with are trauma victims, veterans, couples, and individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse issues, and schizophrenia. With over 20 years in the field, I know that change is possible, and I will be there with you every step of the way. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
