Accepting New Clients! I know what it is like to suffer from crippling depression, anxiety, anger, worry, stress, and more. My goal is to help individuals like you who are facing their own challenges in life, so that they can have healthier relationships with themselves, their partners, their families, and their careers. I know that the chaos of life can lead to internal turmoil, and what we need and want most is to find peace and calm. Together we can understand your journey, craft realistic and achievable goals, and take necessary steps to reach those goals in a timely manner. I have been working with clients for the last four years helping them rediscover the peace, joy, and happiness in their lives. I utilize narrative, cognitive-behavioral, and positive psychologies to help you find that peace, joy, and happiness in your own life. The journey is never easy, but I will walk with you in your journey and find the life you seek. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
