Together, we will work through some of the old obstacles and outdated narratives that are holding you back from your full potential. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Psychotherapy is a collection of long-standing philosophies and techniques used to explore underlying motivations of behavior. It is known as “the talking cure.” I practice psychodynamic, object-relations therapy, an approach that emphasizes psychological, relational, and spiritual growth. I
