What should a new client know about working with you?

Our goal in therapy is to assist clients in identifying and focusing on strengths and skills to motivate them and allow them to be comfortable with themselves. We work to help clients appreciate themselves and feel comfortable in their own skin, which includes minimizing or eliminating distress and stressors that affect relationships and daily life. My process includes motivational interviewing. I believe people are more than one dimension and balance in all areas of life is needed for homeostasis, which means body, mind, and spirit work. Therefore, I address all of these areas when considering goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working with a professional when life gets challenging can make the obstacles you face a little less overwhelming. At Greene Horizons we have multiple therapist to help you heal and develop into your best self. Having trained in several modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing. Specializing in Substance Use Disorder, We utilize an integrative and client-centered approach to best service the needs of each individual client. We have seen powerful results as they learn to transform negative patterns towards living calm, productive, and meaningful lives.
