More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I am contending with serious issues like depression, bipolar disorder, and marital problems that I would like to seriously tackle. However, after 3 sessions I realized this provider had little useful advice beyond simply saying “cheer up” which, quite frankly, I could get from a friend or person on the street. Everyone likes having a shoulder to cry on, but that’s not the point of therapy. At least it shouldn’t be. A provider should use their experience, education, and expertise to help build a clinical plan to move forward. It might also have been helpful after three sessions if he had remembered my name.

We didn't have great rapport but he gladly gave us solutions that helped us at the time. He was generous to help us with referring another person that could help us more. Thanks for your time Dan!

Dr. Grenn is easy to talk too, supportive, and solution oriented. It felt like a judgement free atmosphere, and it was nice to get some things off my chest and tackle issues that have been affecting me. It also helped that we were able to relate as fellow veterans.

Had a great session with Dr. Grenn. Felt good to be able to talk about things that I’ve been going through without feeling judged, and to also be met with solution oriented feedback.

I always look forward to my appointment with David. He is very open minded, non-judgmental, great listener, and very good sense of humor. When I’m having a tough time during the week, I think of the techniques David has shared with me to cope and calm.
I always felt scared of talking to a therapist, but not anymore. I feel heard and understood.
