What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, identity, life transitions, relationships, sexuality, and high levels of self-criticism. My approach is direct yet compassionate, integrating somatic-based practices to help you reconnect with your body while processing emotions and experiences. I am honest and transparent while offering deep empathy, nonjudgmental support, and a touch of warmth and humor. Clients often share that our work feels both challenging and deeply supportive, helping them grow, build resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Together, we’ll explore the ways your body and mind have held tension, anxiety, or self-doubt. Through gentle, somatic-based work, you’ll release old patterns, cultivate presence and resilience, and strengthen your connection to yourself and those you care about, moving toward greater clarity, balance, and authentic living. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where your voice shapes the path we take together. With warmth, empathy, and a gentle touch of humor, I create a space where you can fully explore your experiences and feel truly seen. Grounded in evidence-based practices and enriched with somatic approaches, our work is tailored to honor the depth and complexity of your life, supporting growth, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself. My therapeutic work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and thoughtfully tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw on Attachment-Focused EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Family Systems, and Sex-Positive Therapy, integrating mind- and body-centered practices to support healing and growth. I am deeply committed to working with individuals from diverse racial, cultural, religious, gender, and sexual orientation identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their values, cultivate resilience, and move toward a more meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling life.
