My approach to therapy is a unique blend of Brief, Narrative, Gestalt, Liberation, Decolonization, and Rogerian therapies. This eclectic mix allows me to tailor our sessions to best meet your needs and goals. I believe in a collaborative process where we work together to identify and achieve your goals. Most of my experience has been in crisis work, where I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of their most challenging times. I've worked with clients of all ages, from adolescents to adults, and I specialize in addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, and adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health.
