I am a Filipino-American Somatic Psychotherapist, Certified Hakomi Therapist, and Certified Brainspotting Therapist. I take a compassionate and holistic view towards healing that is informed by Buddhist psychology, social justice, and a belief in our inherent preciousness and inner capacity for healing and wholeness. My personal development background includes experience in insight meditation, men’s work, diversity, equity and inclusion work, martial arts, and wellness. I also have a creative background as a former DJ and producer, and enjoy going to hear live bands and DJs, watching basketball and mixed martial arts, and spending time in nature. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, a Master’s in Business Administration from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor’s degree from William and Mary.
