My focus I have worked in acute settings and inpatient hospitalization with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. I currently work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My communication style It is important to make you feel safe. I provide an open, judgment-free atmosphere where honesty and growth can blossom. My journey to mental healthcare I have been a helper my entire adult life. I have a servant's heart, and my desire is for everyone to live a healthy life. I am driven by the hope that as each person attains self-fulfillment and self-actualization, they can in turn help those they meet and love.
