Hello, I'm so glad you're here and it is a pleasure to meet you. Whether you're just beginning your counseling journey or continuing the important work you've already started, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to show up for yourself in this way. Making the choice to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being is no small step—it's a powerful commitment, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as we work together toward healing, clarity, and growth. As a licensed professional clinical counselor with extensive experience in community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals facing some of life’s most difficult challenges. From severe and persistent mental illness to other struggles of anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, I’ve seen firsthand how pain can isolate us—but I’ve also seen how healing begins with the simple, brave step of asking for help. I can help you navigate challenges such as Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, OCD, Personality Disorders, and PTSD. Additionally, I can help navigate grief and loss as well as communication, relationships, and familial conflict. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Ohio, I meet the educational and professional requirements established by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board (CSWMFTB). I earned my graduate degree from a Masters program accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), ensuring that my training meets nationally recognized standards for excellence in counselor education. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
