I specialize in working with clients who have concerns related to communication, relationship or family work, substance dependency, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I generally work with individuals aged 14 and above. Every person can benefit greatly from working on their mental health, though this will look different for everyone. It may involve becoming more confident in handling discomforting emotions, removing negative narratives that hinder our ability to pursue our dreams, or learning to live more in the moment through mindfulness practices. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School and am currently conducting virtual appointments (Telehealth) only.
