From there, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and start developing tools and perspectives to create change. Sessions are conversational and interactive, balancing reflection with concrete skills. Over time, therapy often shifts from symptom relief toward building a more confident, fulfilling sense of self.
