I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals through their unique challenges with compassion and understanding.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will work with you to address the reasons you are seeking help. Sometimes the best way to help you is to be supportive. Other times the best way to help you is to challenge outdated ways of thinking and how you experience yourself and others. Either way, I will help you to make sense of where you've been and where you want to go.
