What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet you where you are and use a mixture of CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and other treatment modalities in order to empower my clients. I have a great sense of humor and—when appropriate—use sarcasm to ease tension and worry. I am open about my mental health during sessions but know how to set appropriate boundaries by not making sessions about me.
