What should a new client know about working with you?

THE PROBLEM WITH SHAME Shame sucks. It suffocates. It even kills. I want to create a space where your journey towards healing and growth is embraced with compassion & acceptance. I have a deep commitment to supporting men and women who face the profound challenges of shame and relational pain. Shame is an isolating and debilitating experience. It often stems from feelings of inadequacy, unworthiness, rejection, or the fear of being judged. Relational pain, on the other hand, arises from the hurt and wounds inflicted within our closest relationships. Let's walk out of the dessert of shame together. My therapy sessions are a safe space where you can express your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental and confidential environment where you can explore your emotions and experiences openly. We will work towards building a stronger sense of self and developing healthier, more fulfilling relationships. In our work together, we will explore the origins of your shame and relational pain with sensitivity and care. I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are tailored to your unique needs, helping you to: Identify and Challenge Negative Beliefs Heal Emotional Wounds Build Healthy Relationships
