Our lives are full of obstacles that can prevent us from living life to its fullest. Some obstacles we seem to bring upon ourselves, while others are thrust upon us. Overcoming these obstacles can be difficult and sometimes painful. I offer a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic setting where, together, we explore the specific challenges you are facing that impede your ability to live fully. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to your needs. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have over 20 years of experience working with clients in diverse settings. In private practice, I have helped clients navigate grief, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, family conflicts, and difficult child custody proceedings. I have also provided therapy for individuals managing the daily challenges of various mental disorders. Additionally, as a behavior specialist in exceptional education schools, I have supported families coping with the stress and emotional challenges of caring for loved ones with physical, behavioral, and intellectual disabilities, including autism. Based on your individual goals and life experiences, our work may focus on solution-based, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, or interpersonal approaches. Often, a combination of multiple therapeutic methods proves most effective.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
