My ideal clients are individuals and families affected by gambling addiction, couples navigating relationship strain, and those living with or supporting a loved one through chronic illness. These challenges can feel isolating and overwhelming, often shaking your emotional well-being, sense of identity, and ability to connect with others. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from destructive patterns, support in rebuilding trust, and guidance in developing healthier ways to cope. As a therapist—and as someone living with Type 1 diabetes—I understand firsthand the emotional toll that chronic illness can take. I also specialize in working with individuals and couples facing the complex realities of addiction and relational distress. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and feel heard. I understand how hard it can be to show up fully in your relationships when you're carrying pain, guilt, or unspoken fears.
