Now Accepting New Clients: ?There are times when we face challenges in our lives-times when we feel disconnected from our sense of reality. These are the moments when we need a listening ear: a person who is attentive, empathic, sensitive, and fully present. I am a counselor who is attentive to my clients' concerns, empathic to their situations, sensitive to their needs, and fully present with them, meeting them where they are.
Unfortunately, life's challenges are inevitable and can lead to depression, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, and PTSD. Many people struggling with these issues do not know how to cope with their circumstances. As a counselor, I work collaboratively with clients to develop coping skills, self-awareness, self-confidence, and wellness care. I am also very aware of and sensitive to cultural differences, diversity, and disability.
I understand the kinds of childhood, adolescent, family, and community experiences that put people at risk. With my clinical knowledge and abilities, supported by my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University, I can work with clients experiencing a variety of psychological, emotional, and relational difficulties.
