“I had a great session with David today. I came in feeling like the weight of the world was drowning me, but we broke down some actionable steps that I can go do right now and moving forward to keep me from getting back to where I have been. David helped me figure out the next right thing for now and something to dig in deeper with myself to find the root of the issue. I’m grateful for his presence in my life’”

Very honest and listens well. I normally don't feel heard in therapy, but I did with my provider.

I really enjoyed my appointment with David. I felt very safe sharing and met with kindness and no judgment. I am excited to continue to work with him to tackle my shortcomings and grow.
David is incredibly kind and open; I didn’t feel judged for what I felt was a “silly” feeling, but rather helped to accept my feelings and to learn to sit with them instead. I have loved each session with David and will continue to keep seeing him.
