My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment that will help you to improve your overall behavioral and emotional well-being. Together, we will break down the root of your needs and create a customized treatment plan. Therapy is for every unique individual, and your plan will be unique to helping you. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient mental health clinics, in home therapy, clinical case management, and psychiatric inpatient units. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 12 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and problem-gambling disorders. I use a Cognitive-Behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness based approach to provide a safe and supportive environment, in order to create a customized treatment plan that will help improve overall behavioral and emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide talk therapy after completing an initial assessment, and identifying main treatment goals.
