Hi! I'm Davin Rowe, LPC MS MA CAADC TLHT. I bring over 24 years of experience in the mental health and addictions field, having served in various roles from counselor assistant to clinical director. I specialize in person-centered therapy, drawing from approaches like DBT (mindfulness), motivational interviewing, and Yalom-based group therapy. In addition to my clinical work, I’ve been an educator in higher ed for the past decade. Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC, in Florida for telehealth, and Idaho for telehealth. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that meets you (where) you are, wherever you are. I'm a full-time Counselor at Penn State University and I'm excellent in themes covering family dysfunction, couples counseling, divorce scenarios, PTSD, veteran topics, and cultural conflict/generational concerns. Of course, with those themes comes the specifics of anxiety, depression, ruminating thoughts, stress, resentments, and everything else that comes along with this thing called LIFE!
