I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with adults. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges through a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight into patterns that may be contributing to distress, and build on their strengths to create meaningful and lasting change.
