I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in anxiety, children's mental and behavioral health, depression, and spirituality. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions to provide flexible and accessible care. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in understanding and compassion. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to find peace and resilience within themselves. Our sessions will be a safe space for you to express your thoughts and feelings openly, without fear of judgment. Outside of my professional life, I value spirituality and incorporate it into my practice when it aligns with my clients' beliefs and needs.
