Hello. I am Dawn. I am excited you have begun this journey to explore your goals and begin a plan to obtain them. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. I have been lucky to work with a variety of people throughout my career and have extensive experience in different types of therapies, including working in a prison, probation, community health, home-based, and private practice settings. I have worked with adults individually, in groups, and in couples situations, as well as with teenagers. I have met some great people along the way, and together we were able to make their lives better. I am trained in addictions, trauma, solution-focused therapy, CBT, couples therapy, and DBT. I use an eclectic approach that best fits the person I am working with.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
