She holds a doctorate and Masters degree in psychology and an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology. In addition to advanced level training in addictions she also holds advanced level training in complex trauma (CCTP-II), certification as a Mental Health and Nutrition Specialist (CMNCS), and is a certified HeartMath (biofeedback) practitioner. At LifeStance Health, she fosters a supportive and trusting environment where patients feel empowered to explore their needs and work toward meaningful change. Dawn specializes in providing individual and couples therapy to adults of all ages, addressing complex mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, addictions and complex trauma.
