Hi there, I'm Dawn! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. In a world that continues to turn with or without us, we often wonder where we can get off to regroup. When expected to fulfill all our everyday roles, we tend to lose touch with ourselves. My approach I don't believe in a cookie-cutter approach—everyone is different with different needs. YOU should have complete autonomy on your journey. I support you as you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger management, or if you just need someone to listen. My focus If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, we can collaborate on a plan to move you closer to the version of you you want to see. With consistency, most clients report alleviated symptoms within a month and a desire to continue their healing journey. My communication style I provide an open, holistic, restorative, and non-judgmental space. I work with individuals seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, unexpected changes, and personal growth. My journey to mental healthcare I've always wanted to help others. I started in nursing but later chose Clinical Social Work to help others in a different capacity, driven by my desire to help people see what is already there.
