Getting to know Dawn Smith Gibbs
In a world that continues to turn with or without us, we often wonder where we can get off in order to regroup. When we are expected to fulfill all of the everyday roles we have taken on, we tend to lose touch with ourselves. My purpose is to provide an open, holistic, restorative, and non-judgmental space for you. I am pleased to work with individuals who want help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as providing support during life transitions, unexpected changes, and personal growth. I don't believe in a cookie-cutter approach-everyone is different and has different needs. I believe that YOU should have complete autonomy on your journey. I am here to support you as you move through healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger management, or even if you just need someone to listen. All sessions are provided via telehealth. The goal for me is to make sure that YOU feel welcomed, respected, and safe. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Mississippi, which informs my compassionate and individualized approach. I look forward to walking with you on this journey.
