Hello, glad you are here. My name is Dawn Taylor. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Christian Counselor, and Certified NLP Life Coach. I am the founder and owner of Caterpillar Counseling LLC. My motto is "we make changes from the inside out." I believe counseling and therapy are times of transformation, where the client gets to learn about themselves. My approach is to guide the client through the process of change and healing, with the destination being resilience and security in self. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Liberty University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. As someone who has had many different experiences, I believe I bring a unique perspective and understanding to clients, helping guide them effectively in their process of change. I use a body, mind, and soul approach to treating mental illness and other challenges we all face in our lives. I believe it is important that sessions be tailored to the client's needs and that the client is part of the decisions in their treatment. In my experience, the truth sets us free and is often an agent for change. The question then becomes: do you want to change, and are you willing to do the work necessary for that change? More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
