What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we’ll work on managing stress, overcoming anxiety, improving self-esteem and confidence, as well as healing from past trauma or emotional pain. I also assist with navigating life difficulties with resilience, developing healthier coping mechanisms and building emotional resilience. I have worked with a range of ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, and I am here to walk with you on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
