As a person of color, a creative, and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how identity, connection, and lived experience shape our mental health journeys. My own path of recovery has deepened my commitment to fostering authentic, compassionate connections with every client I work with.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, gender identity, sexual orientation, sexual health, stress, family challenges, and addiction/substance use. I am particularly passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, including those who are transgender or gender nonconforming, offering a space that is affirming, empathetic, and tailored to your unique needs.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based—I believe healing happens through genuine connection and honoring each person’s resilience and creativity.
