I am a caring bilingual counselor with experience in working with people of races and genders. My mission is to be your companion on this therapeutic journey in a comfortable and confidential environment. Faith is an important part of my life and professional approach. In my office you will be provided with a nonjudgmental, supportive atmosphere. My approach I have a client centered and trauma informed care approach. I used an eclectic approach to treat clients. I am a certified Play Therapist and Hypnotherapist. I am trained in EMDR. I specialize in Immigration psych evaluations. My focus I enjoy working with the Hispanic community, LGBTQ+ community, couples, children and individuals. I am a trauma specialist and have vast experience working with trauma. My communication style I provide an empathetic, non-judgemental, and comfortable connection to my clients. I will listen and provide a safe space to process and heal. My goal is that my clients learn coping skills, resiliency, and new ways to reframe their learned experiences. My journey to mental healthcare I have always wanted to be a therapist and felt honored to walk the healing journey with clients. I came to the U.S. to become a therapist and have been doing so for almost 14 years now. My goals for you I help clients set their own goals and to explore them in an empathetic environment. My first session with you The first session is crucial to establish a positive connection. I will create space for the client to feel known, validated, and empowered. I will listen and will offer empathy and care.
