I am a person-centered cognitive behavior therapist, which means I help you connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and choices. I will listen to you with a compassionate ear and help you think critically about the story you are telling not only about your past but about your future. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping clients work through life transitions. I work with adults who are looking to find their place in the world. When futures get disrupted and life is turned upside down, I can help you manage feelings of frustration, loss, and anxiety and figure out how you want to get back on track. I place an emphasis on the life transitions experienced throughout the life span that tend to cause stress, anxiety, or depression. I have experience treating depression, bipolar disorder, and general anxiety, as well as helping clients address past trauma, including hidden losses that may have affected you more than you realize.
