Getting to know Deana Gullo

Each of us is unique in our personal characteristics as well as how we define and solve problems. I have worked for decades with a broad range of people across cultures, languages, and socioeconomic backgrounds to discover how to move through difficult emotions, circumstances, and changes in their lives. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, depression, and a range of mood and psychotic disorders. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Catholic University of America, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. My approach includes drawing upon a broad range of tools within the mental health profession as well as helping you find solutions that work for you. I particularly appreciate the strengths and lessons available from mindfulness and neuroscience frameworks. I look forward to getting to know you and working together.
