I enjoy getting to know my clients as we identify goals to work on in treatment. I empower my clients with knowledge and skills to help them overcome what they are experiencing. I like to find things that will help improve their needs and create realistic steps to help them achieve their long term goals. I value positivity, strengths, and mindfulness techniques.
