At 31 years old, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, an experience that strengthened my faith, resilience, and perspective on overcoming adversity.Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process challenges, build healthy coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth.
