I have experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD and OCD-related symptoms, and life transitions. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of where you are in life, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self. My style is both validating and gently challenging. After we have established trust and safety, I am not afraid to ask difficult questions that encourage deeper reflection and growth. My hope is that every session leaves you with something tangible—whether it is a new strategy, meaningful insight, different perspective, or practical tool you can carry with you outside of therapy. My goal is to help you build resilience, trust yourself more deeply, and feel more equipped to navigate whatever comes next.
