What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions always flow in the direction that is most comfortable for my clients. I offer space for clients to ask any questions or mention concerns that they may have at the beginning of the session, and then I help them process feelings, emotions, situations, or anything else that a client would feel is necessary to discuss in the session. Sessions with me have been described often as “free-flowing discussion.” Allowing the client to feel as if they are having a conversation, along with receiving therapy.
