Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University. I've spent several years working as both a Licensed Nurse and Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with all ages-children, teens, and adults-addressing symptoms of trauma, worry, depression, mood disorders, impulsivity, ADHD, social anxiety, and isolation. I am Nationally Certified in providing Trauma Therapy and DBT for Borderline Personality Disorder. We all have a voice, and when life is hard, sometimes it feels difficult to speak up. In therapy, we will find your voice, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where it becomes easier to talk about what's going on in your life.

Depending on symptoms and behaviors, treatment areas I am skilled are Behavioral Therapies; CBT, Trauma Focused, Solution Focused, Rational Emotive, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical (DBT), Person-Centered, Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT), Safe Touch, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Art Therapy, Breathwork, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) I have been described as direct, supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a pretty good sense of humor. In session we can find your strengths and help you to hopefully feel lighter, with less weighing you down. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest and tell your story.
