Hello! I'm DeAnna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I specialize in working with adolescents and teens, as well as adults, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, stress, and trauma.
My approach to therapy is to be a guide on your healing journey. I believe in a holistic approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices tailored to meet your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), psychoanalysis, Jungian techniques, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth. Whether you're dealing with the complexities of adolescence, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking to heal from trauma, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
