What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, holistic, and highly adaptive. I believe therapy should be as unique as the individual, so I integrate traditional talk therapy (CBT) with somatic (body-based) tools and neurofeedback technology to help regulate the nervous system. Whether we are using play therapy to help a child express their world or implementing exposure therapy for an adult, you can expect a collaborative partner who values open communication.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session begins with a check-in to assess your current symptoms and progress toward your treatment goals. From there, we may utilize specific modalities—such as micro-current neurofeedback to improve brain function or somatic exercises to release physical tension. For my younger clients, sessions center on play-based interventions to facilitate healing in an age-appropriate way. Every session is designed to provide practical tools you can use immediately to manage your mental health.
