I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Professional Trauma Professional. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for female survivors of sexual, mental, verbal, and emotional abuse. My training provides female clients with a holistic integrative approach to developing autonomy and learning to have power over their own decisions and life choices. My clients are encouraged to identify, process, and learn healthy changes to their patterns of thought, manage emotions, and develop healthy self-awareness, self-value, self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, and self-love. My clients have the opportunity to learn and implement healthy coping techniques to help manage symptoms of trauma. I provide a safe non-judgmental environment where clients are encouraged to embrace openness to change, transparency, and honesty with themselves and others. My treatment process is eclectic and personalized for each client. I am ready to work collaboratively with you and challenge you to pursue and achieve the changes you need to become your best self!
