Feeling anxious, disconnected, or just plain exhausted by the state of the world? You don’t have to hold it all by yourself.?I work with humans navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients are Latinx, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, immigrants, empaths, or people pleasers. I have immediate availability for those feeling impacted by current events.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a bilingual therapist, I offer individual, family, and couples therapy in English and Spanish. My practice is grounded in liberation psychology, which honors the impact of systemic oppression and cultural context on our mental health. I believe healing happens when we center our truth and values with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
