Getting to know Deborah Babbitt

Life can be unpredictable, and often difficult to cope with. If you think you may be struggling with stress overload, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss issues or just having some difficulty with adjusting to a new normal after a life change, I would like to help. As an LCSW, I work with adults ages from 18 to 118. My approach to care depends on your needs. I generally use an integrative approach which includes work towards psychological flexibility, and improving coping strategies, mindfulness practice and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
