For more than 20 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and profound loss. As a Certified Thanatologist (Retired) with specialized experience in grief and end-of-life care, I offer a gentle, compassionate space where you don't have to carry life's hardest moments alone. Together, we'll move at your pace, drawing from evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic practices, and your own inner strengths to help you find hope, healing, and renewed purpose.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
