I specialize in supporting individuals through the many challenges that can arise on the path to and through parenthood-including infertility, pregnancy loss, traumatic births, and postpartum depression. I've also worked closely with women whose infants were born prematurely or experienced birth trauma, as well as those grieving the loss of a child. If you're looking for someone to sit with you in your grief, your uncertainty, or your healing-I'm here. I bring over 30 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from New York University. I believe in treating each person as the unique individual they are. I've also received specialized training as a hypnotherapist and an end-of-life doula, which allows me to be present with clients during moments of deep transition and loss. I believe that healing starts with empathy. Whether you're coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are. I want to help you feel less alone in whatever you're facing and empower you to move forward with more clarity, self-compassion, and strength.
