Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience and a Master's in Professional Counseling from Louisiana Tech University. But even more importantly, I want to help you in any way I can! Life is too short to live in misery. We will all encounter different stressful events, some more horrible than others, but all can affect how we end up seeing and interacting with the world. Believe me, it is so worth it to dive into these important life issues and make sure we are walking the path to our best selves. I personally have experienced trauma many times, some extreme. It is not easy to look at once we have come through it. All you may want to do is continue along the "at least I'm surviving" thinking. But if you have come to a place where this is no longer serving you, please contact me. I do not believe in completely having to relive the trauma in order to become a healthier you. Certainly looking at it is beneficial-you don't want to ignore your problems. But devising a plan to move forward-joyfully-is a message of hope, truth, and living your best life. I look forward to meeting you, finding out who you are, and what gifts you bring to the world!
