My passion is helping people of all cultures regain peace and emotional balance so individuals can reach a state of calm where communication can take place and healing may begin. Adept at getting to the root of the problem and helping patients develop effective coping skills for difficult life situations, triggers, and traumas. We cannot change the past, and everyone's story is different, but we can find hope, help, and healing by working together. Working together as a team, we will find balance and peace within yourself, overcome obstacles related to mental health and substance abuse issues, develop tools for personal growth, and move forward in your life. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Hartford, and I have successfully worked with all lifestyles. In my counseling practice, I specialize in helping individuals experiencing low self-esteem, depression, anger, phobias, anxiety, worry, grief, trauma, addictions, relationship issues, LGBTQ+, gender issues, and much more. My guiding principle is to meet clients where they are and help them grow and develop the skillset they need to reach their full potential. All services are tailored to meet each client's unique needs using the appropriate mental health counseling modalities. Types of therapy that will be utilized include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family/Marital, Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based (MBGT), Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), person-centered, and Christian Counseling.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
