I'm DeBorah, a licensed Psychotherapist dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard. My goal is to help you prioritize your mental and emotional well-being. Together, we can address any concerns, including anxiety, depression, racial trauma, ADHD, PTSD, grief, loss, ageism, domestic violence, substance abuse, etc. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and wholeness. As a person of integrity, I speak the truth in love. My approach is direct and loving. There is nothing too hard, difficult or challenging that we cannot walk through together.
