I am an EMDR and DBT-trained therapist who has enjoyed working in the mental health field for 20 years. My focus is depression, panic disorder, stress and anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, and general relationship issues. I also have experience in the field of adoption, infertility, and parenting issues. My approach I use a strengths-based approach, employing a variety of techniques from the following approaches: EMDR, trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, IMAGO, and family systems. I hope to develop a positive, unique relationship with each client and aim to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of each person. My focus I work with adults who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences. My focus is on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and loss in order to build a fulfilling life. My communication style My goal is to create a welcoming, collaborative space to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward healing and growth.
